This Friday, April 27th, Two Moon proudly presents the work of Liz Marra, a local artist born and raised in Brooklyn. She graduated from the New School with a B.A. in creative arts therapy. She created her comic, A Misfit in Greenwood Cemetery when she might as well have been living in Greenwood, as the cemetery was located down the street from her apartment and a central part of the area. The parrots’ brazen adaptation to the cemetery as their new home inspired Liz to explore her own adjustment to a changing Brooklyn landscape.
